Job Purpose
- Build, lead and grow GrabFood city Medan business in Indonesia
- Identify and collaborate on strategic partnerships within the industry, and lead the team to capture key growth opportunities in the local market
- Build high-calibre local teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business growth, profitability and P&Ls management. This includes develop, oversee the operating/ growth plan, marketing plan, budgets and responsible for overall city management
- Identify opportunities to improve online/ offline product, focus on customer-centric initiatives roll out to improve customer experience and to drive user acquisition/growth and engagement.
- Proactively collaborate with both local and country (and regional) teams.
- Hire and develop a high-calibre local team
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Management Consulting, P&L ownership roles, general management, financial services industries, or Business Development.
- Strong people and stakeholder management experience
- Understand numbers and strategy well, with great interpersonal skills
- Able to both lead at high level and willing to be hands on as needed and proactively assume responsibilities and ownership.
- Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing and ambiguous environment.
- Able to initiate and maintain strong relationships with relevant industry partners, key merchant partners and suppliers.
- Relevant F&B industry would be preferred
